My quest for the perfect garage setup is one step closer, I’ve scored 2 - 4′ and 1- 2′ lateral storage cabinets and finished mounting them last night. They look good and are perfect for storing large tools that don’t fit in my tool box.
These were originally designed to mount on cubicle walls and came with special mounting brackets. There was no way to make them work so I just did a little backyard engineering and got them mounted.
Take a look:
Up next? Finish unpacking boxes and putting stuff away.

Well I was one of the fanboys who downloaded the new demo last night on my XBox 360. I had seen gameplay videos and was interested in giving it a try but a little apprehensive cause it seems Lucas is hell bent on ruining my childhood.
I really like the ragdoll physics when you throw people around using force grip. Something very satisfying about it. The movement and camera controls are still alittle hard to get used to but I’m adjusting. I’d say the demo lasted about 30 minutes, but did it leave me wanting more? yes and no. I think I’d enjoy this more on a PC. For me it seems that if the environment is rich and lavous I want to look around as much as I want to destroy the baddie and doing that with a controller just isn’t fluid. I had the same problem with Halo and Burnout: Paradise City.

Do we really need another WWII shooter? I love COD4 and play it everyday, but come on. This seems like Activision is just grinding this franchise to the ground, Hell they have already announce COD6!. Well I digress, There are some new features: Two-Player Co-Op, flamethrower and such. I’m sure I’ll still buy it but it will have to have the great multiplayer experience that COD4 currently provides to get played constantly.

I’ve been gearing up for the latest edition of Flatout titled Flatout Ultimate Carnage. Since owning an XBox360, I’ve become used to using the controller to race with. The supplied software used to configure XBox360 PC controller is very limited and Pinnacle Profiler costs money, in comes Xpadder. Its leaps and bounds better than the pinnicle software and best of all its free!! So go check it out and donate if it moves you.
Description from the site:

I was cruising over at www.joystiq.com and found this info
“You want new tracks and new tricks? The next Mario Kart also reportedly features mid-air tricks that, if pulled off successfully, will give you a boost upon landing. We suspect that will be course-specific (ramps, big drop offs, etc.) and not a sign that you’ll be able to jump and twist your driver ad infinitum to speed through the race.”
sweet can wait to play this game.
here is some linkage

I am honestly surprised that this hasn’t come out sooner!

its expensive at $3 a bottle, but when you are out of mana and need to cast a spell to make that goblin your bitch… well you can’t put a price on that.
p.s. I thought mana was blue?

I just watched the movie “King of Kong: A fist full of quarters” and its a documentary about the record holders of the game Donkey Kong and I walked away very impressed. It was both funny and sad. You see you laughed at these guys (for being dorks) and felt sad for them (for being dorks) at the same time. The hero of the story (in my eyes anyway) is Steve Wiebe. Here is a guy who plays by a set of rules, beats the score and has his score rejected once he submits it for review. He finally shows up in person and breaks the score live. You really like Steve. He comes off as a great guy. Anyway its a great story , Go rent it.
